Pursuant to the provisions of General Municipal Law § 3-c,
Subdivision 5, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Pomona may
adopt a budget for the June 1, 2012, to May 31, 2013, Fiscal Year
that requires a tax levy that is greater than the tax levy limit for
such fiscal year.

Pursuant to the provisions of General Municipal Law § 3-c,
Subdivision 5, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Pomona may
adopt a budget for the June 1, 2013, to May 31, 2014, Fiscal Year
that requires a tax levy that is greater than the tax levy limit for
such fiscal year.
