There is hereby imposed an additional charge of $0.75 per month per switched local exchange access service or CMRS or other 9-1-1-accessible service not to exceed $2.50 to be applied to all current bills for 9-1-1 telephone service within Charles County, Maryland, under the authority of and in accordance with § 1-311 of the Public Safety Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
