The Development Fee Schedule shall be as follows:
A. Application for a rezoning to a Planned Development Zone (PRD, PEP,
MX and PMH Zones):

C. Rezoning (base zones): $1,200, plus $5 per acre over 10 acres, not
to exceed $1,650.
D. Growth allocation.
(1) Growth allocation: $1,500, plus $5 per acre over 10 acres, not to
exceed $1,950.
(2) Growth allocation request combined with a rezoning application: $1,000,
plus $5 per acre over 10 acres, not to exceed $1,450.
E. Master Plan amendment.
(1) Master Plan amendment affecting less than 100 acres: $850.
(2) Master Plan amendments affecting greater than 100 acres: $2,300.
F. General Development Plan.
(1) General Development Plan amendment affecting less than 100 acres:
$775.
(2) General Development Plan affecting greater than 100 acres: $2,000.
G. Forest conservation.
(1) Forest Conservation Plan review: $100, plus $5 per acre over five
acres for a maximum of $300.
(2) Forest conservation inspection: $5 per lot for single-family residential
lot and $5 per acre for multifamily and commercial.
H. Temporary use permits: $45.
I. Enlargement of a special exception: $410.
J. Extension or enlargement of a nonconforming use: $410.
K. TDR.
(1) TDR certification review: $50.
(2) TDR transfer to receiving parcel: $100.
