The York County Treasurer is hereby authorized to collect County taxes in municipalities where there is a vacancy in the office of elected tax collector. It is further resolved that the Treasurer shall have the authority to enter into agreements with the relevant municipalities and taxing authorities to collect taxes other than County taxes and to establish a fair rate of compensation for said collection of taxes.
