No person shall obstruct any walk or drive in any public park
or playground, and no person shall injure, mar or damage, in any manner,
any monument, ornament, fence, bridge, seat, tree, fountain, shrub,
flower, playground equipment, fireplaces or other public property
within or pertaining to such parks.

No person shall consume, ingest or possess any illegal controlled
substance in any Village park. No person shall consume, ingest or
possess any alcoholic beverage in any Village park unless it is pursuant
to a special event permit approved by the Village and is in accordance
with any additional rules and regulations required by the Village
council.

No person shall place or deposit any garbage, glass, tin can,
paper or miscellaneous waste in any park or playground, except in
containers provided for such purpose.

The Village council may, by resolution, prescribe additional
rules and regulations pertaining to the conduct and use of parks and
public grounds as it shall deem necessary to administer such conduct
and use and to protect public property and the safety, health, morals
and welfare of the public, and no person shall fail to comply with
such rules and regulations.
No person shall ride a skateboard, roller blade, scooter, toy
vehicle or similar device within the park or on any tables, benches,
monuments or other public property within or pertaining to the park.
A police officer may impound the skateboard, roller skates or similar
device and hold such devices until the fine is paid.
