Deadline.
A.
The final plan shall be submitted on Mylar, with an additional cover sheet for recording. Upon approval of the plan and submission by the applicant of the necessary fee to record the cover sheet, the Borough shall cause the cover sheet to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds.
B.
If the final plan approval included official conditions that must be met prior to recording, then the plan shall be recorded within 90 days following the compliance with such conditions, up to a maximum total of one year following the final plan approval.
C.
In any case, specific extensions of these time periods may be granted in writing by the Commission.

The final plan shall not be recorded unless the applicant proves that they have met all required conditions that the Borough staff and/or Borough Engineer determine would impact the recorded final plan.
3.
The applicant shall provide proof of the recording to the plans administrator who administers this Chapter.
