The following rules apply to parks in the Town of Tatum:
A. 
No glass containers are permitted in the parks.
B. 
The Town Noise Ordinance shall be enforced in all Town parks. See Chapter 171, Noise, of the Town of Tatum Code.
C. 
Overnight parking of vehicles is prohibited.
D. 
Camping is prohibited.
E. 
Littering is prohibited. Park users must dispose of solid waste in the receptacles provided.
F. 
Firearms are prohibited in the parks.
G. 
Dogs must be on a leash at all times while in the parks. Any waste deposited by a dog must be picked up by the owner or keeper of the dog and disposed of in the solid waste receptacles provided.
H. 
No motorized vehicles or skateboards are permitted in the parks.
I. 
No drugs or alcoholic beverages are permitted in the parks.
J. 
No unsolicited markings or signage may be added to any surfaces or components within the parks.
The pavilion may be reserved for organized basketball games or other events by calling the municipal building during regular office hours. A usage fee and cleanup deposit will be set from time to time by the governing body.
