An ordinance of the Borough entitled "Construction Codes, Uniform," in the County of Hunterdon establishing a State Uniform Construction Code enforcing agency and a construction fee schedule is hereby repealed.
The Bureau of Construction Code Enforcement of the Department of Community Affairs of the State of New Jersey is hereby appointed as Construction Code enforcing agent of this Borough pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:27D-119 et seq. and the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, including but not limited to N.J.A.C. 5:23-4.3(a)2.
The fees attendant to construction, including renovations, alterations, repairs, demolition, electrical, plumbing and signs, shall be as prescribed in Chapter 10, Fees, of this Code.
The penalties for violation of this chapter shall be in accordance with the penalties as set forth in the Uniform Construction Code of the State of New Jersey.
