A.
The governing body may waive the requirements of Articles V and VI for minor subdivisions, as defined in this chapter, which require no additional streets or street openings, upon application of the subdivider for waiver of said requirements. In the case where a waiver is granted, an application for final plan approval shall be filed along with the plans and data required in § 225-15 and shall be processed according to Article VI, § 225-12.
B.
The Township shall waive all previous requirements for minor subdivisions for size, lot subdivision and lot line revisions, not including land development other than subdivision and land development. The waiver still would require all Washington County subdivision procedures to be followed.
