From and after the effective date of this article, the smoking
of all tobacco products within the interior of any portion of the
Wilmerding Borough Building or its related facilities shall be prohibited.
Anyone found to be in violation of this "No-Smoking Ordinance"
shall be promptly warned of the no-smoking ban and be given an opportunity
to immediately extinguish the cigarette, cigar, pipe, etc. The failure,
after warning, to immediately extinguish said smoking product shall
constitute a summary offense. The person, upon conviction, shall be
sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.
