[An ordinance establishing definitions of terms to be
applied in conjunction with regulations concerning the development
of Penn Township is on file and available for inspection in the Penn
Township office. The most recent Ordinance of Definition, was adopted
11-21-2011 by Ord. No. 727. Unless otherwise specified, the definitions
contained in the ordinance of development definitions and subsequent
ordinances referring hereto shall apply to the Subdivision and Land
Development Ordinance, the Zoning Ordinance and Floodplain Management
Ordinance and to other ordinances to which the Ordinance of Definition
applies from time to time shall be adopted making specific reference
thereto.]
