As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
The piping within public or private premises which conveys sewage or other liquid waste to the East Lampeter Township sewerage system.
East Lampeter Sewer Authority.
A receptacle designed to separate and retain oils, grease and fatty substances from wastes normally discharged.
A receptacle designed to separate and retain oils (hydrocarbons) from wastes normally discharged.
Any person, corporation, partnership, or other entity or entities vested with ownership, legal or equitable, sole or partial, or the operating tenant or lessee of any establishment listed in this article that discharges into the sewage system waste containing oils, fats, grease, sand, grit, heavy settleable solids or other flammable and deleterious materials.
A receptacle designed to separate and retain sand, grit or heavy settleable solids from wastes normally discharged.
East Lampeter Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, or duly constituted and elected municipal authorities thereof.
