Properties upon which construction is taking place or improvements are being made shall be assessed upon an interim basis, and taxes predicated upon such assessment shall be levied on an interim basis.

The Board of Supervisors of East Lampeter Township and the Board of Tax Assessment are authorized to do all necessary acts and to perform all necessary procedures to accomplish said assessments.
