The East Lampeter Township Board of Supervisors authorizes Township staff to charge the following fees for the handling and care of stray dogs in East Lampeter Township, such fees to be collected from the owner of the dog at the time when the dog is returned to its owner:
A. 
Handling fee: $50, a one-time fee charged for the capture and handling of a stray dog.
B. 
Daily fee: $10 per day, a daily fee charged for the housing and care of a stray dog.
