There is hereby established a Board of Local Improvements for the Village, which shall consist of the Village Mayor, who shall be President of said Board, and two Trustees, appointed to said Board by the Mayor by and with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees.
The Board of Local Improvements shall have the powers and perform the duties assigned to it by statute or ordinance.
