The Borough of Mountville request the general assembly that Act 170 of 1978 be amended to exclude borough officials and that a separate Code of Ethics be inserted in the Borough Code, eliminating the requirements for annual filing of financial statements by borough officials.

W. Jeffrey Sidebottom is designated as the individual lawyer responsible for filing a Statement of Financial Interest in regard to the Ethics Code.
