The Board of Commissioners of Susquehanna Township hereby enter
into the Mutual Aid Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit "A," which
agreement sets forth the conditions of the agreement; the term of
the agreement; the purpose and objectives of the agreement, including
the powers and scope of authority delegated in the agreement; the
manner and extent of financing of the agreement; the organizational
structure necessary to implement the agreement; the manner in which
property, real or personal, shall be acquired, managed, licensed,
or disposed of; all in relation to the provision of reciprocal emergency
assistance by and between the political subdivisions named therein.

The purpose and intent of the Mutual Aid Agreement is to formalize
the agreements and arrangements relative to reciprocal emergency assistance
by and between the political subdivisions in Dauphin County in an
effort to effectuate increased cooperation and coordination in the
provision of emergency services to the benefit of the citizens of
Susquehanna Township and the other political subdivisions named in
the agreement.

The proper officials of Susquehanna Township are hereby authorized
to execute the Mutual Aid Agreement (Exhibit "A") on behalf of Susquehanna
Township.

The validity of any part of this Part should not affect the
validity of any other part of this Part.

A copy of this Part shall be filed with Susquehanna Township
Emergency Management Agency and with the Dauphin County Emergency
Management Agency and shall remain in effect unless amended. Any amendments
shall also be filed with the Susquehanna Township Emergency Management
Agency and the Dauphin County Emergency Management Coordinator.
