The purpose of this Article is to outline and describe the process involved in filing an application for a minor subdivision. A minor subdivision is required any time an applicant proposes any division or consolidation of a tract or parcel of land or building sites for the purpose of sale or building development. No public improvements, dedications or the establishment of new public or private streets, alleys or other thoroughfares or a change in existing streets may be involved.
