A.
The intersections described below (in addition to intersections with
the through streets established by this chapter), are hereby established
as stop intersections, and official stop signs shall be erected in
such a position upon the first-named street as to face traffic approaching
the second-named street in the direction or directions indicated.
Every driver of a vehicle approaching the intersection on the first-named
or stop street, in the direction indicated in each case, shall stop
the vehicle as required by § 3323(b) of the Vehicle Code,
75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3323(b), and shall not proceed into or across
the second-named or intersecting or through street until he/she has
followed all applicable requirements of that section of the law.

Any person who violates any provision of this section shall pay a
fine pursuant to the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code.
A.
The intersections described below (in addition to intersections with
the through streets established by this chapter) are hereby established
as yield intersections, and official yield signs shall be erected
in such a position upon the first-named street as to face traffic
approaching the second-named street in the direction or directions
indicated. Every driver of a vehicle approaching any such intersection
upon the first-named street, in the direction or directions indicated
in each case, shall slow down or stop the vehicle and then yield the
right-of-way to any vehicle in the intersection or approaching on
the second-named street so closely as to constitute a hazard during
the time that the driver is moving across or within such intersection.

B.
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall pay a
fine pursuant to the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code.
No person shall operate a motor vehicle or tractor upon any
sidewalk in the Township, nor shall any person operate a motor vehicle
upon or across any sidewalk except in order to gain access to or egress
from a driveway or alley at such locations where the curb, if such
sidewalk is curbed, shall have been properly cut down for the purpose.
A.
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle or tractor
upon any highway in the Township that is under construction, resurfacing
or repair, in disregard of any official sign, barricade or notice
that the same is closed to vehicular traffic.
B.
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall pay a
fine pursuant to the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code.
The operator of any motor vehicle involved in an accident in
the Township and required by law to report such accident to any department
or agency of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or any other person
required to make such report, shall at the time of making such report
to the Commonwealth, make a written report to the Radnor Township
Police Department containing the same information.
A.
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any loaded open commercial
vehicle or other loaded open commercial tractor, trailer, tractor-trailer
combination, dump or pickup truck without first having the same covered
and any load contained therein covered and secured with a tarp to
prevent and prohibit any portion whatsoever of its load escaping from
the bed of said vehicle. Exempted hereunder are equipment or similar
loads incapable of escaping from said vehicle.
B.
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall pay a
fine pursuant to the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code.
