Any person who violates the provisions of § 95-2 pertaining to female dogs in heat shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $100 for each offense. The owners of all other dogs found to be in violation of §§ 95-1 through 95-4 shall be fined not less than $35 nor more than $100 for each offense. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.

Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 95-5 through 95-9, 95-14 through 95-17 or 95-19 through 95-23 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.

In addition to the penalty set out in Subsection B of this section, any person who violates § 95-7 shall have his permit and/or license revoked.

Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 95-13 through 95-16 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense. Each day's violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
