A. 
There is hereby established the City of St. Charles Veteran's Commission, which is a Committee that shall have the composition, powers and duties as prescribed in Chapter 125, Article I with the following objectives and purposes:
1. 
To further promote and address issues concerning the veterans of our Armed Forces.

The Commission shall consist of nine (9) members.
