By applying for a grading permit, the applicant consents to inspection by the City of the proposed graded plot and all work in process.

All violations shall be corrected within the time limit set forth by the Director of Public Works or his/her designee specified in the issuance of a written notice to correct. All persons failing to comply with such notice shall be deemed in violation of this Chapter.

Any person denied a grading permit as herein provided shall have the right to appeal such denial to the Board of Adjustment or other board established by the City within forty-five (45) days of the date of such denial.
