No person shall engage in the activities
of a private security guard without having a valid license to do so
from St. Charles County. A "private security guard" is a person who
conducts or carries on or engages in the activity of watching or guarding
over any person or property, either real or personal, so as to act
in the function of guard and not primarily engaged in the performance
of investigative work.
