Section 500.020 Adoption Of Building Code.

A. The Building Code of the City of Wildwood may be enforced pursuant to the terms of a contractual arrangement entered into between the City of Wildwood and St. Louis County.

B. The St. Louis County Building/Swimming Pool and Spa, Building Code, Chapter 1115, including the Swimming Pool and Spa Code, Chapter 1118, SLCRO 27,654 (Approved 12/18/19, Adopted 04/01/20), as amended, is hereby adopted as the Building/Swimming Pool and Spa Code, as amended, of the City of Wildwood, Missouri, and same is on file in the City offices and incorporated herein by reference.

Section 500.035 Adoption Of Residential Code.

A. The Residential Code of the City of Wildwood may be enforced pursuant to the terms of a contractual arrangement entered into between the City of Wildwood and St. Louis County.

B. The Residential Code, Chapter 1116, SLCRO 27,654 (Approved 12/18/19, Adopted 04/01/20), as amended, is hereby adopted as the Residential Code, as amended, of the City of Wildwood, Missouri, and same is on file in the City offices and incorporated herein by reference.

Section 500.037 Adoption Of Existing Building Code.

A. The Existing Building Code of the City of Wildwood may be enforced pursuant to the terms of a contractual arrangement entered into between the City of Wildwood and St. Louis County.

B. The Existing Building Code, Chapter 1117, SLCRO 27,654 (Approved 12/18/19, Adopted 04/01/20), as amended, is hereby adopted as the Existing Building Code, as amended, of the City of Wildwood, Missouri, and same is on file in the City offices and incorporated herein by reference.
