Section 500.060 Adoption Of Plumbing Code.

A. The Plumbing Code of the City of Wildwood may be enforced pursuant to the terms of a contractual agreement entered into between the City of Wildwood and St. Louis County.

B. The Plumbing Code, Chapter 1103, SLCRO 27,424 (Approved 06/05/19, Adopted 10/01/19), as amended, is hereby adopted as the Plumbing Code, as amended, of the City of Wildwood, Missouri, and same is on file in the City offices and incorporated herein by reference.

Section 500.080 Plumbing Work Without Permit Prohibited.

No plumbing work shall be performed within the City without a permit being issued therefor and in compliance with the Plumbing Code.
