A. Qualifications. No person shall be Mayor unless he/she be
at least twenty-five (25) years of age, a citizen of the United States
and a resident of the City at the time of and for at least one (1)
year next preceding his/her election.
B. When Elected. The Mayor shall be elected on odd-numbered
years and hold office for two (2) years.
C. Powers And Duties. The powers and duties of the Mayor shall
be those designated in Sections 79.110 through 79.220, RSMo.
D. Compensation. The Mayor shall be entitled to receive such
compensation as is established by the Board of Aldermen by ordinance.
Any salary shall not be changed during the term for which elected.

A. Composition. The Board of Aldermen shall consist of six
(6) members, two (2) to be elected from each Ward of the City.
B. When Elected. One (1) Alderman from each Ward shall be elected
annually and shall hold office for two (2) years.
C. Qualifications. No person shall be an Alderman unless he/she
is at least twenty-one (21) years of age, a citizen of the United
States, and an inhabitant and resident of the City for one (1) year
next preceding his/her election, and a resident, at the time he/she
files and during the time he/she serves, of the Ward from which he/she
is elected.
D. Compensation. Each member of the Board of Aldermen shall
be entitled to receive such compensation as is established by the
Board by ordinance. Any salary shall not be changed during the term
for which elected.
E. Powers And Duties. The powers and duties of the Board of
Aldermen shall be those designated in Sections 79.110, et seq., RSMo.

A. Qualifications. No person shall be City Collector who is
not at least twenty-one (21) years old, a citizen of the United States,
and a resident of the City of Knob Noster for at least one (1) year
next preceding his/her election to said office.
B. Duties. The City Collector shall have such duties as are
provided for in Chapter 70, Chapter 79, and Chapter 94, RSMo., and
other provisions of State law, and by ordinances of the City.
C. Compensation. The Collector should be entitled to receive
such compensation as is established by the Board of Aldermen. The
salary of the Collector shall not be changed during the term for which
elected.
