Except as otherwise provided in this Chapter, every vehicle
stopped or parked upon a roadway where there are adjacent curbs shall
be so stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels of such vehicle
parallel to and within eighteen (18) inches of the right-hand curb.
On those streets which have been signed or marked by the City
Traffic Engineer for angle parking, no person shall park or stand
a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway
indicated by such signs or markings.

The Board of Aldermen of the City of Knob Noster does hereby
find that there is a traffic hazard created when operators of motor
vehicles make a left turn from the side of the street they are traveling
on, to park the motor vehicle on the opposite side of the street from
the side they were traveling on and such a left turn is hereby prohibited
and anyone making such a left turn to park a motor vehicle shall be
deemed guilty of an ordinance violation.
