It is hereby determined by the Board of Aldermen of the City
of Knob Noster, Missouri, that the APWA Standard Specifications and
any subsequent amendments to said design criteria be and the same
are hereby enacted as and for the infrastructure design criteria for
the City of Knob Noster, Missouri. That copies of said Standard Specifications
have been on file in the office of the City Clerk since approximately
1985, a period exceeding ninety (90) days as required by Section 67.280,
RSMo., and copies remain on file for public use, examination and inspection.

All inspection fees will be compliant with Section 500.020.

Any firm, association, person, partnership or corporation, or
any agent thereof who violates any provisions of this Article shall
be guilty of an ordinance violation, and upon conviction of which
shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more
than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or be imprisoned for not more
than twenty (20) days, or both. Each day during which such violation
shall continue to exist is a separate offense.
