A. 
Adoption. A certain document, one (1) copy of which is on file in the office of the Building Inspector of the City of Knob Noster, being marked and designated as the International Residential Code, 2003 Edition, including Appendix Chapters, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Residential Code of the City of Knob Noster in the State of Missouri for regulating and governing the construction, alteration, movement, enlargement, replacement, repair, equipment, location, removal and demolition of detached one- and two-family dwellings and multiple single-family dwellings (town houses) not more than three (3) stories in height with separate means of egress as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Residential Code on file in the office of the City of Knob Noster are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this Section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Subsection (B) of this Section.
B. 
Amendments. The following Sections are hereby revised:

Appendix E AE101.1 General.
Replace: "These provisions shall be applicable only to a manufactured home used as a single dwelling unit installed on privately owned (non-rental) lots and shall apply to the following."
With: "These provisions shall be applicable to a manufactured home used as a single dwelling unit and shall apply to the following."
Any firm, association, person, partnership or corporation, or any agent thereof, who violates any provisions of this Article shall be guilty of an ordinance violation, upon the conviction of which shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or be imprisoned for not more than twenty (20) days, or both. Each day during which such violation shall continue to exist is a separate offense.
