A.
This
Section establishing a convenience charge for all transactions made
by debit or credit card in the Webb City Municipal Court, Public Works
Department, Water Department, City Administration, City Collector,
Webb City Police Department and all other departments in the City
of Webb City is hereby enacted as follows:
1.
For
payments of fines, costs, restitution or any other transaction made
by debit or credit card within the Webb City Municipal Court, a debit/credit
card convenience charge in the amount of four dollars ($4.00) shall
be assessed for each transaction.
2.
For
any transaction made by debit or credit card within the Webb City
Police Department, Public Works Department, Water Department, City
Administration, City Collector and all other departments within the
City of Webb City, a debit/credit card convenience charge in the amount
of two dollars twenty-five cents ($2.25) shall be assessed for each
transaction.
