The City Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of a majority of elected members of the Board of Alderpersons for an indefinite term. He/she shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, devote his/her full time to the performance of the duties of his/her office, and shall be chosen solely on the basis of his/her executive and administrative qualifications. The City Administrator shall reside in Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri.
