(a)
No person, firm or corporation shall create, cause or maintain any public nuisance within the township by the unreasonable creation of debris, dust, smoke, fly ash or noxious odors, offensive or disturbing to adjacent property owners and residents in the area.
(b)
The following noises and disturbances are hereby declared to be a violation of this section; provided, however, that the specification of the same is not thereby to be construed to exclude other violations of this section not specifically enumerated:
(1)
The operation of any off-road recreational vehicle, including but not limited to an ORV, ATV or snowmobile, as defined by the Uniform Traffic Code for Cities, Townships, Villages, as adopted by the township in Ordinance No. 62, as amended, on any property or realty owned, leased, or operated by the township.
