A. 
A certain document, one (1) copy of which has been on file in the office of the City Clerk of City of Oronogo for a period of ninety (90) days prior to the adoption of this Section, being marked and designated as the International Fuel Gas Code, 2018 Edition, including Appendix Chapters A, B and C (see International Fuel Gas Code Section 101.3, 2018 Edition), as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Fuel Gas Code of the City of Oronogo, in the State of Missouri, for regulating and governing fuel gas systems and gas-fired appliances as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Fuel Gas Code on file in the office of the City are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this legislation, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Subsection (B) of this Section.
B. 
The following sections are hereby revised:
Section 101.1. Insert: City of Oronogo

Section 108.4. Insert: Ordinance violation, five hundred dollars ($500.00), ninety (90) days

Any person who shall violate a provision of the Fuel Gas Code adopted herein or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who shall erect, construct, alter or repair a building or structure in violation of an approved plan of or directive of the Code Official, or of a permit or certificate issued under the provision of this code, shall be guilty of an ordinance violation, punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.
