City of Fenton, MO Chapter 155 Tax Increment Financing Commission

Section 155.010 Creation Of Commission.

There is hereby created a commission to be known as the "Tax Increment Financing Commission of the City of Fenton, Missouri" (the "Commission").

Section 155.020 Board Authorizes Certain Powers.

The Board of Aldermen hereby authorizes and approves the exercise by the Commission of only those powers that are required by the Real Property Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act to be exercised by the Commission.

Section 155.030 Appointments.

The Mayor is hereby directed to appoint six (6) representatives to the Commission, with the consent of the majority of the Board of Aldermen. The appropriate officials of the City are hereby directed to provide notice to other taxing districts of the establishment of the Commission in the manner required by the Real Property Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act.
