The Health Authority of the City of Harrisonville who shall be, or which shall be made up of, the City Administrator, including those designated thereby, and officers and employees of the Cass County, Missouri Health Department, who are in charge of or are responsible for the health and safety of the residents of said County, and who, by agreement, are authorized to issue or declare a quarantine within the City of Harrisonville, Missouri.

The City of Harrisonville, Missouri, hereby adopts the provisions of Chapter 210 of the ordinances of Cass County, Missouri ("County Code 210"), including any revisions, modifications and substitutions or successor rules or regulations that may be adopted in the future which relate to the issuance or declaration of a quarantine located in said County. County Code 210 is hereby incorporated into the Code of Ordinances of the City of Harrisonville, Missouri, as if fully set forth herein. As said County amends County Code 210, this Chapter shall change concurrently.

Nothing contained in this Chapter 208 shall be construed to either remove or reduce any authority of the City of Harrisonville, Missouri, or its departments, including, but not limited to, the Police Department, Fire Department or Code Enforcement Department, to address any immediate issue relating to the issuance or declaration of a quarantine which would affect the health, safety or public welfare of the citizens of the City of Harrisonville, Missouri.
