The municipal fees shall be as set forth in
Schedule A attached to this chapter.

Any permit issued to construct, reconstruct,
alter or add on to a property, where said work was never started within
one year from the issued date of the permit, a fee of 20% of the original
fees will be charged and a new permit issued.

A. Zoning
fees: $50.
(1) Setback
review for new construction or addition of any kind to a property.
B. Fence permit required: $50.
(1) Permit requirements, copy of survey showing fence
location and a zoning application, accompanied with picture of fence
and type of material.
(2) Fence standards.
(a) Must maintain a twenty-foot setback from the front property line.
(b) Finished side must face out.
(c) Additional requirements are located in § 233-8E(ii) of
the Land Management Ordinance Township of Galloway.
C. Septic fee: $25.
(1) Review
of the county septic approval as it pertains to the new home construction
plans for inconsistencies by the Plumbing Subcode Official.
The Code Enforcement Officer shall, with the
advice of the subcode officials, prepare and submit to the Galloway
Township Council, biannually, a report recommending a fee schedule
based upon the operating expenses of the agency and any other expenses
of the municipality fairly attributable to the enforcement of the
State Uniform Construction Code Act.

A. In order to provide for the training, certification
and technical support programs required by the Uniform Construction
Code Act and the regulations, the enforcing agency shall collect,
in addition to the fees specified above, a New Jersey state permit
fee of $0.0019 per cubic foot of volume on new and addition permits
and $0.00096 per dollar cost for all other permits. Said New Jersey
state permit fee shall be remitted to the Bureau of Housing Inspection,
Department of Community Affairs, on a quarterly basis for the fiscal
quarters ending September 30, December 31, March 31 and June 30, and
not later than one month next succeeding the end of the quarter for
which it is due. In the fiscal year in which the regulations first
become effective, said fee shall be collected and remitted for the
third and fourth quarters only.
B. The enforcing agency shall report annually at the
end of each fiscal year to the Bureau of Housing Inspection, and not
later than July 31, the total amount of the New Jersey state permit
fee collected in the fiscal year. In the fiscal year in which the
regulations first become effective, said report shall be for the third
and fourth quarters only.
