City of Rock Hill, MO Article IV Fire Prevention Code

Section 205.220 Fire Prevention Code Adopted.

Certain documents, three (3) copies of which were placed on file in the office of the City Clerk on March 19, 2018, said copies marked and designated as the 2015 International Fire Code, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the Fire Prevention Code of the City of Rock Hill, Missouri, for the prevention of fire as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the 2015 International Fire Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this Article, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes prescribed in this Article.

Section 205.230 Jurisdictional Titles.

Throughout the 2015 International Fire Code, wherever the tern "Name of Jurisdiction" appears, it shall be deemed to mean the "City of Rock Hill, Missouri," likewise wherever the term "code official" appears it shall be deemed to mean the "Chief of the Fire Department or its representative."
