A. 
The City of Rock Hill hereby adopts the following rules and regulations for the Rock Hill City parks. Said rules and regulations shall be posted in all City parks.
1. 
Park hours are dawn to dusk.
2. 
Lighted tennis courts are operated until 10:00 P.M. from April through October.
3. 
Speed limit — fifteen (15) miles per hour.
4. 
Golfing is prohibited.
5. 
Possession and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited, except when approved by the Board of Aldermen pursuant to Section 600.070(G)(3) of the City Code.

6. 
Gambling is prohibited.
7. 
Pets are prohibited unless under restraint on a leash of six (6) feet or less and all pet litter promptly removed by the owner or disposed of in City approved containers.
8. 
Skates, skateboards, scooters, tricycles and roller blades or similar self-propelled wheeled vehicles are prohibited.
9. 
No motorized vehicles allowed except in designated parking areas.
10. 
No bicycles allowed except in designated parking areas.
11. 
Knives, firearms, bows and arrows and other weapons are prohibited.
12. 
Fireworks are prohibited.
13. 
Fires may only be lit in barbecue grills and must be extinguished before leaving the park.
14. 
Solicitation or posting of bills is prohibited.
15. 
Removal of trees, shrubs or other City property is prohibited.
16. 
Littering or destruction of City property is prohibited.
17. 
Dumping of trash, brush or other debris is prohibited.
18. 
Camping is prohibited.
B. 
Any person who shall violate any of the foregoing rules or regulations shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for the first (1st) offense, one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for the second (2nd) offense and three hundred dollars ($300.00) for the third (3rd) and subsequent offenses.
