Section 500.070 Code Official — Code Violations.

The office of Code Official is hereby created. The Code Official shall be the Chief Building Inspector for the City of Town and Country. The Code Official, or his/her designee, is hereby authorized to refer any person violating any of the terms of Title V of the Town and Country City Code to the City Prosecutor who shall then be prosecuted as all other violations of the Town and Country City Code.
