The office of Code Official is hereby created. The Code Official
shall be the Chief Building Inspector for the City of Town and Country.
The Code Official is hereby authorized to issue a summons to any person
violating any of the terms of Title V of the Town and Country City
Code, and thereafter such summons shall be prosecuted as all other
violations of the Town and Country City Code.
