In accordance with Section 355.020 of this Code, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets designated below:

In accordance with Section 355.130 of this Code, and when signs are posted giving notice thereof, no person shall stand or park any vehicle within the stall or space designated by the City as parking for the physically disabled to, include, but not limited to, those designated below, unless the vehicle has attached to it the distinguishing license plate or placard issued pursuant to Section 301.071 or 301.142, RSMo.
