In accordance with this Schedule, and when signs are placed facing traffic, every driver of a vehicle facing such sign shall bring his/her vehicle to a complete stop and yield the right-of-way to any vehicle which has entered the intersection from another highway or which is approaching so closely on such highway as to constitute an immediate hazard during the time when the driver is moving across or within the following intersections:
