Section 502 of the Pennsylvania Planning Code, as amended, 53 P.S. § 10502, provides that any municipality may adopt by reference the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance of the county.

The Borough of Middleburg, for the purpose of establishing rules, regulations and standards for the development, division or redivision of land situate within the Borough, hereby adopts the Snyder County Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance of June 17, 1980, as amended on March 16, 1982, and October 12, 1982, by reference, as fully as though it were set forth herein at length, a copy of which is attached hereto.[1]

The Borough of Middleburg does hereby revise, append and alter the Borough Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance, as amended, as previously detailed in Attachment A of the Snyder County Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance No. 2006-01.[1]
