health, safety and welfare.
[Ord. No. 08-1852 §1, 2-19-2008]
The provisions of this Chapter are separable. If any part or
provision of these regulations or the application thereof to any person

such judgment shall be confined in its operation to the part, provision
or application directly involved in the controversy in which such
judgment shall be rendered and shall not affect or impair the validity
of the remainder of these regulations or the application thereof to
other persons or circumstances. The City hereby declares that it would
have enacted the remainder of these regulations even without any such
part, provision or application, so long as the remainder of these
regulations promotes the purposes of this Chapter.

any provision of the City of Manchester Code of Ordinances, inconsistent
or conflicting with any part of this Chapter are hereby repealed to
the extent of such inconsistency or conflict.
