A. 
Entry And Exit Limited On McKnight Road. No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from McKnight Road within the City except at duly authorized and established entrances and exits.
B. 
Madison Avenue — Hours Restricted Between Berry Road And Tavalon Avenue. No vehicular traffic shall be permitted on Madison Avenue between its intersections with Berry Road and Tavalon Avenue in the City between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M., except vehicular traffic having a destination point on Madison Avenue.
C. 
North Rock Hill Road, McKinley, Kortwright, The 1500 Block Of Berry Road (North Side), Salem Hills Drive And O'Day Road. No person shall operate any commercial construction vehicle as defined in Section 300.010 on these streets within the City unless:
1. 
Said commercial construction vehicle is making deliveries to residences or businesses located on those streets in the City of Rock Hill, or
2. 
Said commercial construction vehicle is being used by a service company during a period of actual rendition of service.
