Any person who knowingly makes any false statements, representations,
or certification in any application, record, report, plan, or other
document filed or required to be maintained pursuant to this chapter
or permit, or who falsifies, tampers with, or knowingly renders inaccurate
any monitoring device or method required under this chapter shall
be punished as provided by law.
The remedies provided in this chapter are not exclusive. The
Borough may take any, all, or any combination of those actions against
a noncompliant person.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances and all resolutions or
parts of resolutions that are inconsistent with any part of this chapter,
including but not limited to Ordinance No. 1487, shall be and the
same expressly are repealed.
This chapter shall be effective immediately upon passage by the Borough Council. It is the intent of the Borough that, upon passage of this chapter, the enforcement procedures set forth in Article V shall apply to any violations that remain unresolved at the time of or following passage of this chapter and to all future violations of this chapter.
