Borough of Lansdale, PA Article III Stop Intersections

§ 370-3 Stop intersections.

The following intersections, in addition to highways intersecting with the through highways established by Article II, located within the Borough are hereby declared to be stop intersections, and official stop signs shall be erected and maintained (or are hereby confirmed if heretofore erected) at each hereafter listed intersection in such a position on the right side of the street as to face traffic approaching the second-named street on the first-named street. The operator of every motor vehicle upon any such intersection on the first-named street in the direction or directions hereby indicated in each case shall come to a full stop within a reasonable distance before entering such intersection.
