Any operator of any motor vehicle turning into or traveling
upon the hereinbefore specified streets contrary to the directions
respectively designated shall be guilty of a violation of this article.
Signs shall be erected at appropriate places giving notice of
the hereinbefore specified direction of traffic at each end of the
specified one-way streets and at such locations within such one-way
sections as are necessary to give reasonable notice to the traveling
public entering upon such one-way sections.
