There is hereby established the following no-passing zones within
the Borough of Lansdale upon the following streets or sections thereof:

Official signs shall be erected and maintained along said streets
in accordance with the requirements and specifications of the Motor
Vehicle Code of Pennsylvania.
Any operator of any motor vehicle who shall pass another motor
vehicle moving at the time of such passing in the same direction shall
be guilty of a violation of this article and subject to the penalties
hereinafter prescribed.
