It shall be unlawful for any person to park any truck within
fifty (50) feet of any corner formed by the intersections of Monroe
and Newton Streets, Monroe and Jasper Streets, Jasper and Fisher Streets
and Fisher and Newton Streets; and any person who shall henceforth
park a truck within the foregoing prohibited areas shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor, provided that nothing in this Section shall be so
construed as to include temporary parking by trucks serving retail
establishments in the aforedescribed area.

A. All
trucks having a length in excess of twenty (20) feet are hereby prohibited
from parking on West Newton Street between Monroe Street and Krekel
Street in the City of Versailles.
B. There
is hereby created on the south side of West Newton Street in the first
(1st) three (3) parking spaces on the south side of said Newton Street
immediately west of Monroe Street a truck loading zone for trucks
over twenty (20) feet in length. No truck shall park in said zone
except for loading and unloading purposes and no truck shall park
for a longer time than fifteen (15) consecutive minutes.

No person operating a truck whose rated manufacturer's capacity is greater than three-fourth (¾) tons or whose length is greater than twenty (20) feet and whose width, including a load, is greater than ninety-six (96) inches shall stop, stand or park the same in such places and for such period of time as described and listed in Section
355.120.

It is hereby declared unlawful for any vehicle having a length
of thirty-five (35) feet or more to be parked or left standing on
the right-of-way of any public street in the City of Versailles for
any period of time in excess of two (2) hours.
