As used in this Article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Temporary structures used for the purpose of collecting donated
items for sale.

It shall be unlawful for any person or business to place or
allow to be placed on their property a temporary structure for the
purpose of collecting donations within the City of Florissant.
